Domestic Shipping Policy
When will you ship my package?
Once payment is received, we will ship your order within 1-3 business days. We will notify you just in case the stock runs out.
You may track your package with the tracking number provided once it has been shipped out.
Please ensure you fill in the correct address during check out to avoid unnecessary delays.
When will I receive my package?
West Malaysia - After the package has been shipped, it usually takes 1-3 business days to be received. Depending on the courier service, if there's nothing occurs, usually will receive it the following day after shipping.
East Malaysia - After the package has been shipped, it usually takes 3-5 business days to be received. Depending on the courier service.
What are the shipping methods?
1. Standard delivery - pick up by courier service.
2. Self Pick Up - at our shop after providing us your confirmation ID and details for verification via What's App only.
